Return Policy

We want every Dr T Skin Science order to arrive in excellent condition. Please review the following policy before requesting a return.

Return window

A return may be requested within 30 days after delivery. To qualify, the product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.

For health, hygiene, and product-integrity reasons, products that have been opened, used, or had their seals removed cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective.

Requesting a return

Before sending any product back, please submit a request through our Contact page. Include the order number, the product being returned, and the reason for the return.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted. If the return is approved, instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.

Return shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when returning an eligible product because of a change of mind or ordering error. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as Dr T Skin Science cannot guarantee receipt of a return sent without tracking.

Original shipping charges are nonrefundable.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect the order promptly after delivery. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within seven days of delivery. Include the order number and clear photographs of the product and packaging so the matter can be evaluated and resolved.

When Dr T Skin Science confirms that an item was damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, an appropriate replacement or refund will be provided at no additional shipping cost.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the returned product has been received and inspected. Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Processing times may vary by bank or card issuer.

Nonreturnable items

Opened or used skincare products, gift cards, and items marked final sale cannot be returned, except when an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Order cancellations

Cancellation requests should be submitted through our Contact page as soon as possible. Orders that have already been processed or shipped cannot be canceled.
